Dear Friends,

As you all know , last month, The Impish Lass was wooed by her Secret Lover and then she had a Break-up in between. She was so upset ,troubled and disturbed. But now the story is different. The Secret Lover was quick-witted to make her understand that it was just a misapprehension.  Now everything is fine between them. She spent an evening with him at his farm-house. The poem tells us  what happened there.

The Secret Lover Unfolds An Endless Mystery

O my heart’s desire!! O my Impish Lass!!

 Why this space amid me and you?

Get nearer to experience, my love fair and true.

Come stroll with me over the garden- sheet,

Crushing the withered leaves under your delicate feet.

Observe the pleasant  images revealed by the night,

See this flower nipping dew drops, makes it look so bright.

The moon-kissed evening is welcoming us,

Let us get closer without any fuss.

Come sit with me in the sequestered nook, against the wall,

And let us talk of love and all.

 Everything that you speak,  am I fond of  hearing,

As it adds to your beauty

 that is always beyond sharing.

Don’t let your golden tresses  cascade the surface,

And obstruct the view of your captivating face.

 Your   unplumbed eyes on me  , your crimson lips sans frown,

The bonbon   cologne   emitted from your gown.

The sensuous  touch, the long hugs,

The syrupy kiss, the subterranean conversation,

Constantly creates a crazy sensation.

Your intoxicating  presence envelope my emotions,

Keeping me under the influence of your magic potion.

You are my life, my home, my universe, for whom I had been waiting,

Nothing can match the mammon, brought by the lover’s meeting.

 I encounter God, when you stroke my soul,

How well an endless mystery gets unfold!!
